Pulled the few remaining parts of the wing kit out and figured out what went where with the right and left flaps.
Once the flaps were clecoed in place, I fabricated the FL 706A's for both flaps. The picture just shows the first cut and not the 3/4 inch cut for where the 706B mates.
After figuring out the FL 706B's and which way they were to bend, I setup each piece into the vice. Each piece was the covered with two pieces of oak, which was clamped to the 706B and then the bend was created for each one. The witness marks from the vice were scotchbrited off.
The 706B was clamped, drilled, and then clecoed in place for the left flap.
